Good grade ginseng: Top 10%, Premium quality

Cut grade ginseng: Ginseng roots cut in half
Cut ginseng is red ginseng roots have a non-standard, but otherwise satisfy the requirements for a premium, highly-functional health ginseng root. They offer excellent value and are halved, width-wise. How to Decoct Red Ginseng Roots
For home-decocting, please follow these steps: 1. Prepare an amount of water equivalent to two litres per 100g of ginseng roots used(see chart, below). Bring water to boil. 2. Put ginseng roots in boiling water. Lower fire and keep the water temperature at 85~95'C. Decoct for 5-7 hours. Do not let the water boil. 3. Keep the decoction refrigerated. Use it as soon as possible. Then take 90 ml* 1~3 times daily. Korean red ginseng is very hard. For best results, wet Korean red ginseng a bit and then microwave it for about 20sec (small) to 35sec(large). Cut it in about 1~2cm or chips and then decoct it.
※ Be careful not to injure your hands when cutting Korean red ginseng.
